Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We also offer direct shipping to Canada. Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, and approximately 2–4 weeks for deliveries to Puerto Rico.

At this time, we do not ship internationally to other regions, but we are continuously expanding. In the meantime, you may be able to find our products through selected authorized e-commerce partners that offer global shipping options.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, including expedited orders. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday.

Standard delivery time is usually 7–10 business days after processing, depending on destination and carrier performance.

Shipping Rates

United States:

· Standard Shipping: $7.50 flat rate (plus applicable taxes)

· Free Standard Shipping on orders of $35 or more (within the U.S.)

· Expedited Shipping: $25.00 flat rate

DELIVERY POLICY

A signature is not required upon delivery. However, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your package, as we cannot assume responsibility for packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier but reported missing afterward.

To help ensure safe delivery, we recommend storing products in a cool, dry place immediately upon receipt and avoiding leaving packages unattended outside.

Missing or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please:

· Check all possible delivery locations around your home

· Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff

· Contact the carrier directly for additional delivery details

If the package is still not found, please reach out to us at ola@soldejaneiro-mall.com within 48 hours of the delivery scan so we can assist you further.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please do not initiate a return request for damaged items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us directly or submit a request through our Help Center for support or replacement assistance.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

· Clear photos of the product(s)

· Batch code (located on the bottom of the product)

· For incorrect or missing items: photos of the shipping box, shipping label, and packing slip

Please retain all items and packaging until your case is resolved.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it due to rapid processing times.

If you wish to return a package after shipment, you may contact the carrier to request a return-to-sender service. Please note that this may involve additional carrier fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
