You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Sol account or by reaching out to our support team at ola@soldejaneiro-mall.com.

Once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to modify or cancel it, as it is quickly forwarded to our fulfillment warehouse for processing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you need to stop the shipment, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to request a return to sender. Please note that this option is not always guaranteed and may involve additional fees, which would be the customer’s responsibility.
